What to expect

We take Venmo and Zelle. Both are manual, which means checkout has one step most stores don't. Nothing about it is broken — here is exactly what happens, in order.

Put the order number in the note. It is how we match your payment to your order without emailing you to ask.

  1. Now Send the total to @aestheticaminos2026 with order #1043 in the note.
  2. Within a few hours We confirm the transfer and email you. Business hours; overnight payments clear the next morning.
  3. Same business day Your order ships. Tracking follows in a third email.

Payment must reach us within 24 hours or the order releases automatically. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed if that happens — you can simply order again.

Why it works this way

Venmo and Zelle are push payments — closer to handing someone cash than paying by card. We never see your card or bank details, and there is no processor sitting between us. The trade is that a person has to confirm the transfer arrived, which is why the order waits at On hold for a short window instead of moving straight to shipped.

If something looks wrong

Forgot the order number in the note? Email support@aestheticamino.com with the order number and the name the payment came from and we will match it by hand.

Sent the wrong amount, or changed your mind before paying? Do nothing. The order cancels itself after 24 hours.

Anything else, write to us first. We answer every message within one business day and we can refund directly, same day, which is faster than any other route. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
